I help families, educators, and student support teams understand unique brain wiring and design practical supports so learners can grow skills, feel understood, and thrive in environments that both challenge and support them.

Who I Am

As an educator, consultant, advocate, and parent with over 30 years of experience, I bring a strengths-driven approach to supporting complex learners. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel for parents and teachers to navigate confusing systems while trying to do what's best for a child. My mission is to walk alongside families, schools, and care teams, offering guidance, encouragement, and practical tools, so every child’s strengths shine and their needs are met with genuine understanding and care.

What I Do

Family Services & Support:

I work with families to understand each child’s learning profile and create practical, strengths-based support plans. My services foster collaboration, advocacy, and access to helpful resources for home and school.

  • Strengths-first interpretation of learner profiles and evaluations

  • Collaborative support plans aligned with development and daily realities

  • Home–school collaboration grounded in mutual respect

  • Advocacy and navigation through MTSS, Section 504, and IDEA (IEPs)

  • Family coaching and home-based strategies

  • Resource navigation and curated toolkits that connect families and educators to aligned supports (community providers, evidence-informed strategies, templates, and referral pathways)

Professional Development & Workshops

I collaborate with schools and organizations to design and deliver engaging, research-based professional learning experiences for educators, administrators, and support staff. Together, we build on your organization’s strengths, crafting differentiated learning opportunities that meet the diverse needs of your team. Whether through workshops, coaching, or ongoing embedded sessions, I focus on partnering with you to create inclusive and lasting practices that support every learner.
